Having lived in Northwestern North Carolina all my life, I feel very comfortable and confident that I can effectively and professionally help you achieve your goal whether it is to sell your current property or find your perfect home.
I grew up in Wilkes County, worked in Wilkes, Yadkin, and Surry for 35 years and consider this my permanent home. During this time, I have worked diligently to make the foothills region of North Carolina a better place to live and raise a family. I am married to Julie Stowe Pardue, a native of Gastonia, and have three lovely daughters, Lauren, Ashlyn, and Anna Grace. I am an avid outdoorsman, enjoy outdoor cooking, and like to travel.
Prior to joining Dream Maker Properties LLC, I worked in local and state government, most recently serving as City Manager. During this time, I worked with planners, builders, appraisers, realtors, attorneys, engineers, contractors, and government officials, on numerous projects and initiatives. This interaction taught me the value of relationships and the importance of taking care of the details to achieve a positive
outcome.
